Job summary

Partner Company in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to own and evolve production Flutter apps for iOS and Android across multiple brands in a remote-first, international environment.

You will work on core product journeys, focusing on analytics, performance, and measurable outcomes, while owning technical responsibilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart 3.x, including production apps for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture with UI, domain/use cases, and repositories.
• Hands-on experience with BLoC, Provider, GetIt and GoRouter.
• Dio for networking and immutable data models with code generation tools.
• Experience building multi-flavor/white-label apps with per-brand configurations and Firebase setups.
• Automated tests at unit/widget level; bloc_test/BBd-style testing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, performance, maintainability, and production practices.
• Analytical mindset using product data to improve mobile experiences and outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2) communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mobile experiences across authentication, discovery, profiles, messaging, and engagement.
• Analyze and improve funnels: registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging engagement, and conversions.
• Own analytics for core mobile journeys to understand behavior and opportunities.
• Monitor and improve push notifications, deep links, and real-time features.
• Analyze mobile ad and in-app purchase revenue to improve monetization.
• Support analytics for compliance like consent, age and verification.
• Build production Flutter apps for iOS and Android with scalable architecture.
• Contribute to multi-flavor/white-label delivery with brand configurations and Firebase environments.
• Develop automated tests at unit and widget levels; maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics in a fully remote international setting.
