Job summary

MR MARVIS in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Fit Technician to own size and fit across all product categories, from prototypes to bulk production, coordinating with design, QC, and production partners.

You will lead fit sessions, work with suppliers in Portugal, and ensure garments meet quality standards before they reach customers. Strong English and 5 years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in technical design or pattern grading.
• About 5 years of experience in menswear fitting and technical design.
• Strong knowledge of garment fitting, construction, and machinery.
• Proficient with Excel, PLM, and standard technical tools.
• Excellent English communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for size and fit across products.
• Translate fit issues into pattern/construction changes with partners.
• Measure and inspect pre-production and bulk samples for QC.
• Organize pre-bulk fit sessions and collaborate with design and production.
