Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience for complex technical or connected products.
• Ability to translate firmware scope and estimates into executable plans.
• Experience coordinating across Firmware Engineering, Product, Hardware, Digital, Operations, Quality, and NPD Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated firmware roadmap and milestone framework across connected-product programs.
• Turn firmware scope and engineering estimates into executable plans.
• Connect firmware milestones with hardware development, app releases, validation, industrialization and commercial launch plans.
• Maintain a cross-program view of firmware risks, issues, dependencies, capacity and release readiness.
• Spot sequencing conflicts and delivery risks early, driving mitigation to closure.
• Run firmware governance, including risk management, scope and change control, release-readiness reviews, decision tracking and escalation.
• Translate technical progress and risks into clear product and business impact for stakeholders.
• Provide firmware milestones and readiness updates to NPD Program Managers and leadership.
