• Completed pre-university education and obtained a financial, economic, business or technical master’s degree.
• At least two years of (relevant) working experience.
• Outgoing, results-driven and highly motivated to continue learning.
• Interested in mergers and acquisitions and want to learn more.

Responsabilidades

• Help clients looking to buy a business, sell all or part of their business, refinance or list on stock exchanges through IPOs.
• Assess a target company’s finances, identify opportunities and risks, and flag potential deal issues.
• Work with vendors and independently assess businesses so buyers can make informed decisions.
• Collect and analyze financial and commercial data, create analyses and reports, discuss findings with colleagues and clients.
