Job summary

TrueNoord is an Amsterdam-based specialist aircraft lessor seeking a Financial Accountant (Senior) to join the growing Finance team. The role focuses on monthly and annual financial reporting, audit coordination, technical accounting, and process improvements across a growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of accounting or audit experience, IFRS knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with exposure to Dutch statutory reporting and leasing/asset management. Hybrid work from Schiphol.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting or audit experience.
• IFRS technical knowledge.
• Experience with Dutch statutory reporting desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with leasing, aviation or asset management beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Coordinate annual statutory financial statements for multiple entities.
• Work with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Lead technical accounting projects and standard implementations.
• Support finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Commercial and Technical teams.
