Zusammenfassung

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a mature aerospace/defence scale-up to appoint an entrepreneurial Senior Finance Manager in Amsterdam. You will work with the CFO to scale the group finance function across Europe, handling IFRS consolidation, group reporting and internal controls.

Hybrid working in Amsterdam with European travel. The role covers financial control, audits, and finance integration for acquisitions, shaping scalable processes, ERP changes and investor reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• ACA/ACCA qualification highly desirable.
• Big Four experience is desirable and beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own and strengthen financial control processes, accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead group reporting and consolidation under IFRS across multiple entities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Develop internal controls, governance frameworks and management reporting.
• Act as main contact for group and statutory auditors.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence and post‑acquisition integration.
• Develop scalable finance processes, ERP implementations and cost controls.
