Job summary

Werk en Inkomen Lekstroom is seeking an AI-enhanced Senior Finance to lead the F&C team in Nieuwegein, focusing on planning & control, forecasts, and management reporting. The role combines strategic analysis with robust financial controls and data quality improvements.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and provide executive insights to support growth and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional leaders and driving automation.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong FP&A and management reporting skills.
• Experience with variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls is required.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning and monitor variances.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management reports and KPIs.
• Develop financial models for pricing, investments, and business cases.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure accurate close processes, reconciliations, and compliance with standards.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive efficiency and support growth.
• Improve finance processes through automation and data quality management.
