Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning and monitor variances.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management reports and KPIs.

• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure accurate close processes, reconciliations, and compliance with standards.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive efficiency and support growth.

AI-Enhanced Senior Finance Role purpose Lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions, ensure financial controls, and improve profitability and cash flow.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; track variance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management reports, KPIs, and executive insights.
• Deliver financial modeling for pricing, investments, M&A, and business cases.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure accurate close processes, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate performance, drive efficiency, and support growth initiatives.
• Improve finance processes through automation, data quality management, and standard operating procedures.
