Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in large-scale tech environments.
• Strong communication skills to influence engineers and stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in modern architecture, security, reliability, testing and engineering best practices (DDD, TDD, XP).
• Experience across front-end, back-end, mobile, AI and platform engineering.
