You will own the concept from strategy to expression, guiding multidisciplinary teams, challenging briefs, and shaping brand storytelling across spatial and interactive projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in experiential, brand, or spatial roles.
• Portfolio showing concept origins and impact.
• Experience across spatial, digital, interactive and content.
• Able to read and challenge a brand brief strategically.
• Excellent presentation and communication in client settings.
• Leadership of teams and freelancers.
• Experience with global lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or sport brands.
• Based in Amsterdam/Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative thinking from brief to concept; sharpen the core question.
• Translate concepts into direction for multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain main creative voice with clients; challenge briefs when needed.
• Build and lead project teams; set creative standards.
• Contribute to pitches and proposals early in the process.
• Define a concept as a brand storytelling idea guiding decisions across space, interaction, content, and tech.
