Job summary

Random Studio is an experience design studio based in Amsterdam and Paris seeking a Senior Creative Lead who starts with the big question. The role guides brand storytelling and experiential execution from strategic concept to spatial decisions and interactive moments.

You will challenge briefs, shape high-level concepts for spaces and experiences, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compelling client work across brand strategy and experiential formats.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative roles within experiential, brand, or spatial work.
• Portfolio of idea-led projects with clear articulation of concept origins and impact.
• Experience across disciplines: spatial, digital, interactive, content.
• Strategic capability to read and challenge a brand brief.
• Strong presenting and communication in important client rooms.
• Experience leading teams and working with freelancers.
• Has worked with global brands in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or sport.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam or Paris.

Responsibilities

• Concept development: lead creative thinking from brief to concept; sharpen the question.
• Creative direction across projects: translate concepts for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Client relationships: be the main creative voice throughout a project.
• Team leadership: build and lead project teams, provide feedback and set standards.
• New business contribution: participate in pitches and early ideas.
