Job summary

Random Studio in Amsterdam and Paris is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the creative team, focusing on the Nike client. You will shape typography, branding, and motion across spatial and interactive spaces.

Random Studio’s Amsterdam and Paris offices are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will primarily work with our Nike client. We are looking for someone with a love for typography, branding and motion graphics. Given that most of our work is spatial, you need to have a strong interest in translating your graphic and motion skills into physical and interactive spaces.

This is a senior, hands‑on role. You should be comfortable taking graphic ideas through to meticulous, production‑ready artwork, often within short timeframes, while also bringing a creative perspective on how graphic design can become part of the spatial experience.

Qualities we are looking for

• Someone with a sharp portfolio of typographic‑based projects and a keen eye for good graphic‑led animations;
• Highly experienced and hands‑on, with the ability to produce detailed, production‑ready artwork to a high standard and at pace;
• Comfortable using design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Experience with motion design (After Effects, preferably).
• Very good understanding of production for graphic elements, printed and digital.
• We are looking for someone with a love for the Nike brand. A good understanding of their ways of working is a plus.

• Collaborate with team members across different disciplines to reach a holistic aesthetic.
• Design for digital products using technologies such as touch interfaces or other input devices.
• Create examples of motion design with tools such as After Effects and Figma Prototyping to hand over to developers.
• Explore how graphic design, typography and motion can translate into and interact with physical space.
• Location: Paris or Amsterdam
