Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate suppliers to ensure equipment, materials and documentation are delivered on time, to specification and in line with project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding documentation, order status, and delivery updates.
• Maintain expediting trackers, status reports, and supplier delivery updates.
• Verify that materials meet specifications and that shipping documentation is complete.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Support supplier performance evaluations and project delivery improvements.

In this role, you will work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Project teams to prevent delays and keep project execution on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on all purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding documentation, order status, and delivery updates.
• Maintain expediting trackers, status reports, and supplier delivery updates.
• Verify that materials meet specifications and that shipping documentation is complete.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Support supplier performance evaluations and project delivery improvements.

Requirements

• MBO/HBO education, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience as an Expeditor, Project Expeditor, Material Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or similar.
• Proven experience within EPC, Oil & Gas or energy projects.
• Strong supplier coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
