Job summary

SFI Markets is seeking a (Senior) Execution Sales Trader to expand our relationships with banks, liquidity providers, and other institutional counterparties. You will bridge counterparties and internal trading teams, originate new opportunities, and generate flow through proactive client engagement.

You'll work closely with sales and trading to strengthen market presence, manage relationships, and identify commercial opportunities across the global fixed income landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in broker-dealer, interdealer broker, fixed income, or capital markets environment.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and develop relationships with banks, liquidity providers, and other institutional counterparties.
• Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities, establish trading relationships, and expand SFI Markets' network.
• Flow Generation: Generate and grow business flow through active client engagement and sales initiatives.
• Market Coverage: Act as a primary point of contact for counterparties, ensuring strong communication and ongoing relationship development.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with both sales and trading teams to facilitate client activity and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiation & Execution: Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and onboarding of new counterparties, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
