Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to lead Europe Developed Markets programs within the EPDM region. You’ll partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver pay strategies, merit cycles, and salary benchmarking that attract and retain talent.

You’ll manage job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hays methodology, drive regional compensation initiatives, and continuously improve tools, governance and documentation. This is an individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• EU work permit required to proceed for this position.
• 4–5+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.
• FMCG experience is preferred but not required.
• English language required.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual merit cycle across HR teams supported.
• Manage annual salary range review process for EPDM countries.
• Conduct job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hays methodology.
• Translate global compensation strategy for the EPDM region.
• Perform pay equity, benchmarking analyses to support stakeholders.
• Provide compensation analyses and recommendations to HR stakeholders.
• Partner with HR on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
• Manage compensation projects to improve tools and region frameworks.
• Develop and maintain EPDM compensation documentation and manager materials.
• Role is an individual contributor.
