Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our global project and cost management consultancy. You will develop and lead the project estimate, coordinate with the project team, and prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and risk analysis.

The role requires experience in construction estimating, familiarity with tools like Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX, and strong communication to build relationships with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven years of estimating experience with increasing scope and responsibility in a construction environment.
• Experience using established estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis with cost contingency recommendations.
• Analyze complex problems and provide solutions aligned with project objectives and guidelines.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
