In this role you will develop sourcing strategies, coach interview processes, and negotiate offers, while maintaining high standards of quality and inclusivity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices
• Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
• Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent
• Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates
