Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management for diverse projects from Amsterdam. You will drive cost control, prepare estimates and final accounts, and support tender analysis while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work with talented teams on varied projects, enabling transparent settlement of disputes and ensuring value for clients. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and a readiness to collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction discipline.
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate; legal right to work required.

Responsibilities

• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders, and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in preparation and agreement of final accounts and claims for best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support project management with cost documentation and timely communication.
• Oversee spend by producing valuations and cost reports; communicate variations.
