Job summary

Apex Group's Holtara unit in Amsterdam, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Advisor to lead sustainability and ESG client engagements with a focus on private markets and corporates. You will manage day-to-day delivery, advise on ESG strategy, and coach junior analysts while developing cross-functional solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG advisory, sustainable finance, or related sustainability field.
Strategy consulting is a plus.
Strong experience with financial-sector clients (GP/LP) is valued.

Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to-day delivery of sustainability and ESG engagements.
Lead client-facing situations and day-to-day client contact with investors, fund managers, financial institutions and corporates.
Translate sustainability challenges into practical, commercially relevant solutions.
Match Holtara offerings to each client’s situation using advisory and technology toolkit.
Manage client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
Guide, coach and manage junior team members on engagements.
