Job summary

Flow Traders is seeking a Staff Enterprise Engineer in Amsterdam to define long-term architectural standards and serve as the senior technical authority. This hands-on IC role focuses on modernization, automation, and engineering excellence across identity, endpoints, compute, and platforms underpinning enterprise SaaS.

You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, and drive cloud migrations while retiring legacy systems in favor of cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of senior enterprise infrastructure engineering experience at Staff/Principal/Technical Lead level.
Deep expertise in identity and access management, cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
Proven success leading cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
Strong architectural judgment with a vendor-neutral approach to cloud decisions.

Responsibilities

Define and own the long-term architecture and engineering standards for Enterprise Systems.
Mentor engineers and drive high-quality architecture and design decisions.
Translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
Lead modernization across identity, endpoint management, and workplace technologies.
