Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking a Senior Engineer within Global Workplace Services to act as a subject-matter expert for Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and Power Platform capabilities. You will design, operate and continuously improve secure, scalable workplace services that enable hybrid collaboration across ING.

You will combine hands-on engineering with governance, risk, and stakeholder collaboration to drive automation, incident response and operational excellence across the M365 stack for ING in a

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, operating or improving enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 workplace services.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration, governance, service operations and enterprise collaboration patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Intune and Power Platform administration.
• Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments balancing security, privacy, resilience and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and improve secure, reliable and scalable workplace services across ING.
• Provide technical leadership for complex incidents, escalations and major changes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, facilities, security and risk teams.
• Ensure Teams, Rooms, Intune and Power Platform services are well-governed and compliant.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring and operational excellence using DevOps practices.
