Job summary

ofi is seeking an experienced procurement leader to serve as the dual-focus NCP Manager for DE & NL sites and as the EMEA MRO Category Manager. You will harmonize MRO procurement across EMEA while aligning local DE/NL needs with regional strategy.

The role requires 5–8 years in procurement with a focus on MRO, an engineering background, familiarity with SAP and Coupa, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Fluent English is essential; German or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in procurement, with at least 5 years focused on MRO Category Management.
• Engineering degree preferred; degrees in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields are also valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead NCP Manager for DE & NL and MRO category management across EMEA.
• Develop regional MRO category strategies and manage RFx projects.
• Collaborate with regional category leads and finance to capture savings.
