Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Senior Assortment Planner Territory for the EMEA region to drive end-to-end franchise plans grounded in revenue, inventory, profitability, productivity, and consumer focus.

You will shape pre-season plans and manage them through in-season optimization, collaborating with Integrated Portfolio Teams and cross-functional partners to align with commercial goals. Knowledge of football is helpful; strong Excel/Tableau skills and planning systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail or planning with strong stock/sales planning, P&L understanding, and KPI knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel, Tableau, and planning systems (SSP, o9); connects demand, supply, and inventory.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from peers to senior leaders; combines data and storytelling to drive alignment.
• Growth mindset, leveraging statistical forecasting, scenario planning, and data science for decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; simplifies complexity without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Shape Seasonal Plans—co-create and influence seasonal plans using analytics with Sport AP.
• Drive Strategic & Financial Goals—develop strategies to achieve Win Now objectives and own OTB forecasts.
• Analyze & Act—review performance vs plan weekly/monthly and create action plans.
• Optimize Marketplace Decisions—monitor top Franchise stock and inform pricing strategies.
• Manage Inventory Health—oversee end-to-end inventory for Sport(s) and MPU(s).
• Communicate Assortment Strategy—advocate the plan to partners and leadership.
• Build Territory Business Plans—provide insights shaping Territory plans with Finance and marketplace teams.
• Support Multi-Year Strategy—contribute to Territory and Sport multi-year strategies.
• Collaborate Centrally—work with Central AP for reporting and insights.
• Lead Projects & Prioritize Work—drive projects independently across workstreams.
• Communicate with Impact—storytelling and clear visibility for partners.
