Qualifications

• 3+ years in Retail Merchandising or Assortment Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, product planning, inventory management, and assortment strategy.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with large datasets and forecasting models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience in digital retail or e-commerce is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive seasonal assortment plans across sales, inventory, margin, productivity, and product conversion targets.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Digital teams to ensure the right product assortment reaches consumers at the right time.
• Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Influence assortment, budget, and forecasting decisions using consumer insights, analytics, and marketplace trends.
• Optimize in-season trading performance to achieve financial and commercial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional planning discussions and communicate data through storytelling and recommendations.
• Monitor key business KPIs and drive action plans that improve consumer experience and business results.
