Nike, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks an EMEA Senior Finance Analyst to join the CPM Finance team within Sales FP&A. You will partner with MPU finance teams to drive revenue planning, close processes, and strategic reporting for the EMEA marketplace.

Ideal candidates bring strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management skills, with proficiency in Excel, SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making across geographies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and P&L management.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience assessing performance, profitability, investments, risks and controls across end-to-end processes.

Responsabilités

• Drive long-range and in-year revenue planning across MPUs or a specific MPU, including forecasting and budget cycles.
• Own month-end close activities, actuals analysis, and discount accruals tracking.
• Create and analyze Gross-to-Net performance and support MPU finance teams with data-driven insights.
• Partner with MPU finance teams to develop Commercial Terms strategy and frameworks.
• Prepare and distribute timely financial analysis and optimized business reporting for geo/global deliverables.
• Sustain, improve, and automate reporting processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support profitability analyses to maximize marketplace profitability for NIKE, Inc.
• Act as a thought partner for NMP Finance Leads in P&L management and investments.
