Job summary

Hudl in Den Bosch is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the Hardware team and help shape the next generation of embedded cameras and wearables. You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary squad using Agile methods, focusing on automation, testability, and scalable QA for embedded Linux and RTOS firmware.

You’ll collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, and Application Software engineers, mentor teammates, and drive quality initiatives from design through production, with a strong emphasis on hands-on

Qualifications

• Six+ years in low-level embedded software/firmware testing on Unix-like systems.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Python, Bash; willingness to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale automation for embedded testing across Linux and RTOS firmware.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, and Application Software Engineers to ensure testability.
• Mentor the team and drive comprehensive QA strategies including automated and manual testing.
• Support moving early prototypes to production-ready devices throughout the development cycle.
