Job summary

Hudl in Den Bosch is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our Hardware team and help build the next generation of smart camera and wearables products. You’ll work in a multi-functional squad, using Agile, with engineers across Hardware, Firmware, and Application Software to improve testing practices.

You’ll establish and scale automation, design test infrastructures for embedded Linux and RTOS firmware, mentor teammates, and ensure production-ready devices as you move early prototypes toward

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in low-level embedded systems and firmware testing.
• Advanced skills with Unix-like operating systems.
• Proficiency in HDL and programming/scripting languages such as C/C++, Rust, Python, Bash.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale automation; design, implement, and maintain automated testing infrastructure for embedded firmware.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware and Software teams to ensure testability is built into designs.
• Mentor teammates and drive comprehensive QA strategies, including automated and manual testing on complex projects.
• Support transition of early prototypes to robust, production-ready devices throughout the development cycle.
