Job summary

ENTER BV, a leading tech partner, seeks a Leader in Electronics to shape architectures and drive delivery of high-performance electronics for future printer platforms. You will collaborate with Mechanical, Software and Physics teams in a multidisciplinary R&D environment in the Netherlands.

We are looking for someone with a Master's in Electronics or Mechatronics, strong system-level thinking, and hands-on experience in embedded electronics design.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics required.
• Experience in embedded systems and electronics design.
• Strong system-level thinking and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Electronics vision and roadmap.
• Lead realization of product and project objectives.
• Make architecture and design decisions at system level.
• Set and balance performance, cost, energy, EMC, and safety.
• Lead multidisciplinary alignment across domains.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
