Job summary
Mach Technology in the Netherlands is looking for a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and improvement of high-quality hardware for mechatronic control systems, high-tech solutions, and consumer electronics.
You will own concepts from architecture and schematics to prototypes and mass production, collaborate with hardware, software, and project teams, and mentor junior engineers. Strong Dutch and English communication is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, embedded systems, mechatronics, or related field.
- Strong foundation in hardware design and PCB workflows.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design electronics hardware from concept to prototypes and mass production.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and tangible products.
- Optimize DF(M) and DFT for manufacturability and testability.
- Solve complex hardware design challenges with pragmatic, structured approaches.
- Coach and mentor fellow engineers within the team.
