Job summary

Mach Technology is seeking a senior hardware engineer to lead the design and development of high-quality electronics for mechatronic control systems, high-tech solutions, and consumer electronics.

You will work across the full development cycle from concept to prototype and series production, collaborating with hardware, software engineers and project management. A pragmatic, analytical mindset and strong communication in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO degree in electrical engineering, embedded systems, mechatronics or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware development and PCB design.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design, microcontrollers, analog/digital engineering.
• Experience translating customer requests into technical solutions and products.

Responsibilities

• Design electronic hardware from concept to prototypes.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and product definitions.
• Optimize DFx (DFM/DFT) to improve production and testability.
• Coach and guide fellow engineers within the team.
