Job summary

Sioux is seeking an Electronics Architect to lead high-voltage design for advanced electronics in Brainport region. You will translate customer needs into robust architectures, own end-to-end development, and mentor multidisciplinary teams across high-tech systems including semiconductor inspection and metrology solutions.

Based in Eindhoven, you can work on-site with customers or from the office. You’ll influence architecture decisions, define requirements, and drive successful system

Qualifications

  • This includes degree in electronics/electrical engineering and 10+ years, with architect experience.
  • Several years of high voltage system design and development.
  • Experience with high-voltage insulation design and material selection.
  • Electric field simulation (FEM) and high-voltage validation techniques.
  • Knowledge of IEC 61010/IEC 62368 is a plus.
  • Partial discharge effects and insulation reliability understanding.
  • Experience with SPICE-based tools for HV circuit analysis.
  • Strong analytical and practical prototyping skills.
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs into scalable electronics architectures.
  • Define requirements aligned with system goals and challenge the baseline.
  • Own end-to-end technical responsibility from concept to validation.
  • Interface with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers on decisions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
  • Define solution concepts, assess risks, and estimate scope/cost/planning.
  • Advise on technology choices and innovation paths in HV/high-tech domains.
  • Drive system integration and acceptance, including knowledge transfer.
