Job summary

eLstar Dynamics in Eindhoven is seeking an Electronics Lead Engineer to drive the electronics strategy and hands-on development from concept to product release. You will lead a technical team, shape the architecture of mixed-signal and power designs, and ensure seamless hardware-software integration across the PCB, firmware, and PC-side interfaces.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, embedded software, and proven experience delivering mass-produced circuit boards,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering.
5 years of experience in mixed-signal and DCDC power supply design in a high-tech company.
History of delivering multiple circuit boards to mass production.
Experience of semiconductor integration and cost-down.
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Responsibilities

Technical roadmap creation – medium to long term electronics architecture roadmap.
Technical team leadership – coach electronics team and guide technical choices.
End-to-end PCB development – concept to layout, bring-up, testing and release.
Embedded firmware development – write and debug firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems.
Hands-on lab work – prototype assembly, measurements, fault analysis, solutions.
Product industrialization – manufacturability, production transfer, testing strategies and release.
Documentation – BOMs, schematics, test plans, EMC prep and technical files.
