Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. seeks an experienced electrode welder to join our team in the Netherlands.

You will read technical drawings and perform electrode welding, assembling and finishing steel constructions with precision, contributing to dock equipment and industrial doors from design to installation. The role requires at least 5 years of welding experience, strong reading of drawings, and basic English (B2).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrode welding experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate independently.
• Basic English language skills (B2 level) required.
• Extensive knowledge of working with steel.

Responsibilities

• Electrode welding of various steel constructions.
• Reading and working from technical drawings.
• Assembling and fabricating independently.
• Performing quality checks and finishing of the products.
• Maintaining and installing innovative dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Working with steel to create medium-sized structures.
