Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. seeks an experienced electrode welder to join our team in the Netherlands.

You will read technical drawings and perform electrode welding, assembling and finishing steel constructions with precision, contributing to dock equipment and industrial doors from design to installation. The role requires at least 5 years of welding experience, strong reading of drawings, and basic English (B2).

• Basic English language skills (B2 level) required.
• Extensive knowledge of working with steel.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for electrode welding and assembling metal parts based on technical drawings for innovative dock equipment and industrial doors. Your role involves advising, producing, and maintaining these structures to high standards, ensuring every component is fabricated with precision. You will work independently to assemble and finish various steel constructions, contributing to the full lifecycle of the product from design to installation.

What competencies do you need?

• Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrode welding

€150 bonus after 300 hours worked
