Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel seeks a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead electrical design for advanced material handling systems. You will design power distribution, control diagrams, and BOMs, and document enclosures with EPLAN/AutoCAD while ensuring safety and manufacturing fit.

You will collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers, support commissioning, and contribute to CAD tool optimization and engineering workflows in a global project environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical system design and knowledge of industrial networks (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, AS-i bus, Industrial Ethernet).
• Bachelor’s or equivalent (MBO/HBO) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and document complete electrical systems from power distribution to control diagrams.
• Prepare bills of materials and detailed documentation for manufacturing and installation.
• Create and maintain control and network layouts using Industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, PROFIBUS and AS-i bus.
