Job summary

C Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader and Subject Matter Expert to shape Electrical, Automation & Industrial Networks across France BeNeLux. You will develop the EA&N strategy, influence standards, and coach site engineers to improve safety, sustainability, and performance.

The role spans a broad network across CCEP facilities with a focus on standardization and innovation.

Qualifications

• Essentials: automation, industrial control, and process monitoring systems experience (Siemens preferred).
• Experience solving EA&N technical issues in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel and/or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead EA&N standards and influence site engineers.
• Support production and logistics sites, especially France BNL and Western Europe.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure installations meet EA&N standards.
• Identify EA&N innovations and pilot new technologies (Predictive Maintenance, Industrial AI, IoT).
