Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an E&I Superintendent for an EPC project in Rotterdam. The role governs electrical/instrumentation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project plans on a large industrial site.

You will lead a 3–5 person E&I team, supervise scheduling and progress reporting, and coordinate with engineering to manage changes while maintaining site discipline and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electrical/instrumentation on industrial sites.
• VCA or equivalent safety qualification.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• European Electrical Certificates/Habilitation (HV/LV).
• Familiar with IEC 61131-1, IEC 61508, IEC 60364-1 and related standards.
• Compliant with safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site E&I activities and monitor electrical work execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations with the HSE department.
• Manage a team of 3–5 E&I supervisors and coordinate their activities.
• Oversee schedule development and updates for construction and pre-commissioning.
• Monitor suppliers and ensure installation quality per project plans.
• Validate progress with weekly site reviews and progress tools.
• Coordinate with engineering for design changes and AFCs.
• Organize weekly engineering meetings for anomaly tracking.
