Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Director to join our EMEA SPA services team, delivering end-to-end sale and purchase agreement advisory across geographies. You will lead multi-disciplinary engagements and collaborate with the Transaction Advisory Group to maximise deal value and ensure rigorous financial analysis.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and drive business development while upholding A&M's standards of integrity and deliverables quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SPA services across pre- and post‑deal phases.
• Fluent business English and Dutch are essential.
• ACA or CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SPA advisory engagements with excellence.
• Provide advisory on financial and strategic implications of SPAs.
• Lead client relationships and contribute to business development.
