Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying digital, data science, computational, or AI-driven approaches to R&D challenges.
• Proven ability to translate scientific needs into scalable digital products or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital innovation within ADS by identifying opportunities where data, AI, and computational technologies can enhance scientific outcomes.
• Partner closely with scientists and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into impactful digital solutions.
• Define digital use cases, success criteria, user stories, and high-level functional requirements.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams including subject matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, designers, and IT partners.
• Manage solution delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring adoption, value realization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor emerging scientific and digital trends and recommend future capabilities that strengthen R&D performance.
