Qualifications

• Ability to navigate complex licensing discussions with data-driven reasoning.
• Strong relationship building skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute new partnering and out-licensing opportunities, including term sheets and due diligence.
• Plan and manage global business development pipeline and outreach campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners across sites and functions.
• Monitor market trends and inform business development strategy.
• Present Lonza Oss technology platforms to prospective partners and collaborators.
• Collaborate with Head of Commercial Development (ADS Licensing) and senior leadership on negotiations and due diligence.
