Job summary

Leiden Bio Science Park seeks a Director to drive global supply planning standards and improvements. You will own end-to-end planning processes from Supply Network to Production Planning, ensuring alignment with internal manufacturing and external partners while partnering with Technology and Excellence teams.

You will lead governance, performance management, analytics, and capability development, cultivating a high-performing PLAN organization across functions with up to 25-35% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (Master/PhD).
• 10+ years general business experience in healthcare and 8+ years direct Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Standardize planning processes across multiple functions with governance and documentation.
• Drive end-to-end consistency and alignment across PLAN functions.
• Lead performance measurement, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with PLAN Technology to identify innovations and project plans.
• Develop training and certification plans to maintain PLAN competencies.
• Mentor and develop internal talent and lead cross-functional teams.
