Eli Lilly Nederland B.V. is establishing a new OSD manufacturing facility in Katwijk, Netherlands.

The Senior Director – Supply Chain & MMC Operations will lead strategic direction and operations for warehouse, logistics, dispensing, inventory management, and production planning at the Katwijk site. This role partners with global functions and contract manufacturers to drive cross-functional alignment and manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with warehousing, planning, and logistics operations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Supply Chain Direction: oversee warehouse, production & materials planning, incoming sampling, and dispensing; balance production plan and launch readiness.
• Operational Discipline & Standards: ensure compliance with MSOE standards, GMP, EU GDP, and Q&P policies; monitor OSSCE metrics and corrective actions.
• People Leadership: build and lead the supply chain and MMC team, manage performance plans, train and develop staff, ensure health & safety alignment.
• Cross-Functional & Corporate Engagement: represent Katwijk site to global supply chain functions, partners, and contract manufacturers; contribute to annual business and strategic planning.
