Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an analytically sharp Deployment Process Lead for its Strategy team. Based in Europe, you will design and run deployment processes, drive cross-functional initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and more, and prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.

You’ll work closely with strategy pillar leads, finance, and stakeholders to ensure plans are captured, tracked, and aligned, delivering measurable value and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred, especially with a focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership
• Ten years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and management consulting, including top-tier consultancy exposure
• Transformation mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Cross-functional program coordination across multiple functions and regions
• Strong financial/business acumen with budgets and business cases
• Global mindset with experience working across cultures/time zones
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment
• Continuous improvement and process optimization experience

Responsibilities

• Strategy deployment governance and operating rhythm design and management.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other areas.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the network.
• Track performance against strategic goals and KPIs with regular updates.
• Collaborate with Finance to align deployment with financial planning and value tracking
