Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience, including client-facing consulting/advisory.
Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives.
Broad knowledge of cloud, software, data, and AI applications.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Proactive mindset with ownership of opportunities.
Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their business ambitions.
Lead workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions.
Translate business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps.
Advise on cloud, software, data, and AI solutions delivering measurable value.
Guide transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery.
