Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience as a project manager or similar position.
• Prince2 qualified (or experience with Prince2 principles).
• Experience with Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to tailor PM approaches and techniques to the project environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects follow PM best practices and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Change Management across project lifecycles.
• Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation and bi-weekly reports.
• Run regular project board meetings and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Own projects, build relationships, and organise resources.
• Coordinate with third-party providers as appropriate.
• Identify changes in project requirements and manage risks and issues.
• Design and monitor outcome-focused projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Ensure outputs meet requirements and initiate corrective actions.
• Report progress to sponsors and governance forums.
