Job summary

adidas is looking for a Designer Digital Experience to create high-quality, consumer-focused experiences across digital channels. You’ll translate insights into tangible concepts, prototypes, and standards while collaborating with Experience Designers, research, and product teams to ensure consistent end-to-end journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and strong portfolio showing attention to detail and problem solving.
• 5+ years of experience in experience or front-end design; digital and e-commerce environments.
• Experience as a UX design expert with a track record in growing businesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end experiences using information architecture, journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes or prototypes.
• Validate solutions meet desired user experiences and document standards per guidelines.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to align backlogs with a consumer-centric view.
• Conduct usability research with researchers and translate findings into digital briefs.
• Support and coach teams, provide direction and targets aligned with business needs.
