Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, seeks a hands-on Senior DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure platform capabilities for the CS AI Platform Integration team. You will own lifecycle responsibilities, drive automation, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across Azure, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with platform consumers and enterprise teams, implement policy and governance controls, and contribute to engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform/SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong Azure experience including cloud networking, identity, secrets, and policy controls.
• Experience with Terraform for modular, version-controlled IaC.
• CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, artifact management, and secure software-supply-chain practices.
• Strong scripting in Python, PowerShell, Bash; observability and automation skills.
• Ability to translate platform designs into secure, scalable solutions.
• Capability to troubleshoot complex platform/integration issues across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, automate, secure, and operate assigned CS AI Platform capabilities.
• Translate platform designs and requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Work with platform technologies using everything-as-code and security-by-design practices.
• Collaborate with platform consumers and stakeholders to shape standards and improvements.
• Build secure platform capabilities on Microsoft Azure.
• Create self-service developer workspaces and reusable Terraform modules.
• Develop, test, version, and maintain platform templates and pipelines.
• Integrate enterprise services, cloud capabilities, and open-source tech.
• Implement IAM, secrets management, and policy controls; monitor and log effectively.
• Own capabilities through lifecycle including documentation and reliability.
