Stafide is seeking an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to optimize blue-green deployment readiness and production validation. You will work with application teams to understand hosting, pipelines, infrastructure, networking and dependencies, while refining CI/CD and IaC practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform, and deployment tooling, with a focus on secure, observable and minimally disruptive production operations across a large-scale environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes platforms (e.g., EKS).
• Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts or similar tools.
• Strong AWS networking knowledge (Route 53, load balancers, ingress).
• Proficient in at least two CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• IaC with Terraform; blue-green deployment, release management and rollback.

• Assess production environments and deploy processes to support blue-green deployments.
• Discuss hosting, deployment workflows, infrastructure and dependencies with teams.
• Review CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, VMs, load balancers, ingress and gateways.
• Document architecture, integrations and database dependencies.
• Design traffic-splitting strategies for testing new versions with minimal disruption.
• Build Green environments using Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Configure traffic routing through load balancers, ingress, Route 53 and gateways.
• Enhance pipelines for automated deployments, validation, rollback and release management.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to validate health and success.
• Support database releases, migrations and backward-compatible changes.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure production readiness.
