Zusammenfassung

Stafide is seeking a Senior DevOps Automation Engineer to design and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps. You will develop Python-based automation, Terraform IaC, and secure deployment workflows across Azure environments.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Python, YAML, Docker, and Linux, plus DevSecOps practices. You will mentor juniors, collaborate with product teams, and contribute to governance and architecture decisions in a

Qualifikationen

8–10 years of overall professional experience in DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, Python development, or related technical domains.
At least 7 years of hands‑on Python programming experience, as explicitly specified in the job description.
Strong experience in infrastructure automation and developing automated solutions across application and infrastructure domains.
Hands‑on experience designing and maintaining DevOps pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of YAML-based pipeline configuration and CI/CD automation.
Practical experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
Strong skills in shell scripting, API integrations, and Linux troubleshooting.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise‑grade DevOps architecture and automation frameworks.
Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS, Storage, Networking, and Identity.
Understanding of DevSecOps, security scanning, compliance automation, and secure software delivery practices.
Knowledge of Azure identity and access management, including RBAC, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
Experience with monitoring, logging, incident management, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
Strong technical documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to prepare and present HLDs and LLDs and influence technical design decisions.
Ability to estimate effort, collaborate with product owners, and support acceptance testing.
A collaborative mindset, mentoring capabilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.
Develop automation solutions using Python, shell scripting, and APIs.
Design, optimize, and maintain secure, scalable pipelines with YAML.
Automate build, testing, deployment, and release management.
Design and implement DevOps architecture, standards, and governance.
Prepare and maintain HLDs and LLDs, influencing architectural decisions.
Develop Python automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and workflows.
Design Terraform IaC frameworks and manage environments and state.
Provision and manage Azure resources across DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD.
Architect and manage Azure services like VMs, AKS, Storage, Networking, Identity.
Implement pipeline integrations for quality checks, security scans, compliance.
Apply DevSecOps practices with security controls in CI/CD and infra automation.
Configure access management using Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault.
Design monitoring, alerting, incident response with Azure Monitor.
Diagnose and resolve issues in Linux, pipelines, infra, and production.
Collaborate with teams to align automation with business requirements.
Mentor engineers and adapt to changing priorities.
