Job summary

TheWhiteam is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience to design, implement, and optimize modern DevOps practices and cloud-native environments. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and manage containerized workloads across AWS and Kubernetes.

Ideal candidates have a certified engineering background, C1 English, and experience with observability, security, backup, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional DevOps experience required.
• Engineering degree or equivalent certified qualification.
• English level C1 is mandatory.
• Valid DevOps certification (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or Microsoft DevOps Expert).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage deployments across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and config management.
• Administer AWS cloud services and Linux-based platforms.
• Maintain containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor performance, availability, and reliability with observability tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform RCA with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development and infra teams to improve deployment processes.
• Support security, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical docs and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous DevOps improvements and platform stability.
